Cordelia Gaffar

Cordelia Gaffar is the Emotions Opener Transformation Coach helping female change makers and entrepreneurs to use emotions as a power source, so that you show up in the world true to self. After leaving her corporate career as a controller for an IT start-up, she chose to homeschool her children which involved coordinating activities in the homeschooling community, running girl scout and boy scout troops and much more.

Having already had two miscarriages and postpartum depression juggling a family and high pressure career, she was ready to restructure her life in a way which allowed her true self to emerge. In her refresh phase, she emerged as an author sharing her Guide How to Get Started with Workout Around My Day in community workshops and eventually as a coach. Now five years into building her speaking and coaching business, she has deepened her practice and shares this sustainable system of self-nurturing with her clients called the Replenish Me Program.

This is the road map to being free to focus on developing the true self: release, restructure, refresh and rebirth. In 2019 she was nominated for Podcaster of the Year by SpeakerCon, in the United States, and ACHI magazine awards Woman of Inspiration, Orator of the Year and Volunteer of the Year for the DC Maryland Virginia area and Powerhouse Global Award for Best Podcast Host of 2019 in the UK. She was awarded the Powerhouse Global Award for Best Podcast Host of 2019 in the UK and Volunteer of Year of DMV by ACHI magazine.

She has written a total of 5 books including two co-author projects including best-selling America’s Leading Ladies: who positively impact the world with Oprah Winfrey, Malika Chopra, Rhonda Farrah and several other dynamic women. In 2020 she has a few books which will be released Smart Fem Success with Lea Woodford and her own book regarding her recent case studies and research on using emotions as a power source. To help women to grow by using emotions as a power source so that we can choose to be free to show up true to self. I do that through my Replenish Me conferences, program and retreats.
