Louise Tyrrell is a Wellness Mentor who helps hard working women who are busy and burdened by the stress and strain of modern living. In her 20’s, while recovering from a car accident, Louise became very interested in a holistic approach to health. “Even though I was feeling utterly self-conscious and completely out of condition, I pushed through the self-doubt and plucked up the courage to attend my very first Yoga class, and that was the day my life changed”, she says. Fortunate to make a full recovery and no-longer needing the surgery that was planned, she began her studies in Yoga, Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Meditation, Mindfulness and Holistic Healthy Eating.
Since setting up one of the first Holistic Therapy Centres in Ireland in 1999 she has helped hundreds of individuals, small businesses, large companies and community groups. Her work has been featured on RTE television, local radio and in the Irish Times Health Supplement.
